Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp salt
• 1/2 tbsp thyme
• 1/2 tbsp basil
• 1/3 tbsp oregano
• 1 tbsp celery salt
• 1 tbsp black pepper
• 1 tbsp dry mustard
• 4 tbsp paprika
• 2 tbsp garlic salt
• 1 tbsp ground ginger
• 3 tbsp white pepper
Directions:
Mix
Combine all herbs and spices in a bowl.
Store
Transfer to an airtight container.
Use
Add to flour when breading chicken for that classic crispy, flavorful coating.
Tips:
• Mix with 2 cups flour for coating fried chicken
• For extra crispiness, double dredge (dip in egg/milk, then flour twice)
• Works great for air fryer or oven-baked chicken too.
