Is help gone, or is it just me?

As I scroll on these platforms provided to us by companies who are (allegedly) just using them to get money from us most likely. They place ads on them so much that you can’t enjoy them like you used to when you first joined up. Have you ever noticed that? There are ads all over my timelines by companies who could care less about me they just want to make money. They’re asking for help for dogs, jails, prisoners, children, and every type of disease you can think of to the point that you want to call your own Doctor. Here’s my question, are they asking us for so much help online, from any company that will pay them to use their platforms, that people no longer help one another or their neighbors like they used to back in the day? I know people who give to every company that asks for money and won’t send you a Christmas card or donation nor send you a ticket for a meal to save their soul. Many enjoy seeing their names above the ads when the add goes through your timeline and it will say something like “Tommy so-and-so likes this company” as though you’re supposed to like it and give to it because Tommy so-and-so did.

It has gotten to the point where every other post that I see on my timelines, that is an ‘S’ which means I’m talking about more than just one company, I literally have to X them out. It’s not that you have to harden your heart towards these requests, it’s just that you have to guard your finances properly the way God would have you to do so. Millionaires and billionaires did not become that way by having soft hearts and giving to every hand that was held out in front of them, they used discernment and wisdom. What used to get me are the ads and commercials on TV about animals. They would show a cute little dog with nappy hair shivering in the ice and snow looking sad, and then the lady or man in the background would speak with a depressing tone. This makes you wonder why our government would allow these things to happen. It is a play on our emotions. I feel that they can take a picture and put an ad in a newspaper or on billboards or certain platforms that would accept it and people would catch on. Allow those that God sends to help and don’t try to manipulate someone into giving. They are manipulating your emotions by showing you these live ads. I know people who won’t buy you a sandwich if you were hungry but they brag about how much money they give to animal companies, and you wanna know something? They are very cheap to their neighbors and all who live near them and know them. I know someone who said that they wish their neighbors would help them in a kinder way instead of constantly trying to give them their families leftovers after big holidays. She understands that they were (maybe) trying to be nice but how many times do you have to tell people that you don’t want their seconds? And not only that if they had a dozen people visit them on holidays shouldn’t some of those 12 people take the leftovers home? I honestly think that there are some people who believe that they will get blessed by God and go to Heaven by giving away their secondhand food. God wants us to give our best. Like Abel did but Cain did not. Abel gave his best beast to God, Cain offered God fruit from the ground which God had already cursed. (No work or sacrifice involved.) Think about it, Abel had to raise the animal, name him, get to love him and nurture him to only one day, offer his ‘loved one’ to The Father. That takes dedication, faith and obedience to his parents who taught him how to do so.

Way back in the day old people used to say “I want first pickin’s not leftovers.” Don’t you agree?

I don’t mean to sound negative or anything but there are people who are just plain nasty. You don’t know if they spit in the food, maybe not on purpose but you still don’t know. There are too many non-believers in this world to trust anyone actually. You don’t know what they did to that food before they handed it to you. They could be a coven and putting spells or something on your food, you don’t know, smiling in your face and cursing you at the same time. That’s why I pray over my food orders that I get delivered to my home. I am so glad that God takes care of me and my family where we don’t need anything like that unless it’s a gift or a gift card or something or they send cash through Cash app or PayPal, we’re good. Like clean blessings. I liked it when hunters used to give me deer meat and fishermen used to give me free Trout, etc. Those were the days. I am a Rebel Canner, I’d can it all and put it on shelves. I love Canning.

I find it funny when people act like they don’t know how to use Cash App and PayPal. I learned something from a place that I used to live in years ago, drug users and abusers know how to use these avenues very well. There used to be a man who would cut our grass for us and I would (over)-pay him through Cash App. Come to find out he was paying his drug man for drugs through the money that I (and other of his clients) were sending on Cash App. Genius really. The Worldly are sometimes smarter than God’s people. Here’s the text/content:

The Bible says worldly people are shrewder or more practical in worldly matters than Christians.
Luk 16:8ย ย And the lord commended the unjust steward, because he had done wisely: for the children of this world are in their generation wiser than the children of light.

That is between him and the Lord because I was just paying him for a service that he had rendered. Worldly people help one another faster than those of the Body of Christ. Sometimes Christians can be stingy. In fact, a lot. Isn’t it strange how worldly people know how to use online apps but Christians, so-called Christians, act like they don’t know how to give you a gift over Cash App or PayPal? One person has allegedly been sending me a donation for half a year now but I have yet to receive it. I don’t like giving out my address for obvious reasons. I lived in a high rise for the elderly and disabled once and my apartment became a “Confessional.” My personal life was gone. I listened to people complain about one another and then smile up in one another’s faces after talking to me. And then I heard them talking about me! It was horrible. I was glad to move. One day I hope to live on about 10 acres or so WITH woods near me where I can use a lawn tractor to cut about an acre or so around my house/cabin. I want it to be mine where I can place my own vision upon it and not answer to someone elses. I want if off-road where I can get exercise walking to my mailbox and UPS and FEDEX can drive up to my house and deliver packages. And I don’t want to stare into someone else’s windows when I get out of the tub/shower with my towel wrapped around me. I don’t want anyone coming outside because I went outside. I don’t want to have to ‘share’ my life with a neighbor. They won’t tell me how to plant my garden although I had a homestead when I was married almost 47 years ago with Goats, Chickens and 3 acres of land. It was an older shack as a house that wasn’t too bad with it’s tar paper shingled-self, and an old-fashioned oil furnace in the basement.

MY EVENT…

I had an event once years ago and bought over $600 worth of food, games, and supplies. Those who were supposed to be my friends got caught talking about me by people that they least expected. They were talking about making me pay for a tent that they had broken themselves (I had witnesses who saw it.) They mocked me and the event calling each other saying, “Hurry up! People are REALLY showing up!” as though I wasn’t able to draw a crowd and they didn’t want to be there alone without their ‘buddies’. We had folks from 30+ miles show up and we had a ball. Even my neighbors came and brought their dogs and allowed people to pet their horses. They run horses at the track near us. I had people a little upset because I didn’t advertise it enough. They said they’d come if they saw it online or something. That’s progress my friend! I can only imagine what it would have been like. It was great. Yes, I CAN keep a secret. ๐Ÿ˜Ž I waited 4 ยฝ years to bring this up. I like to wait on God’s clearing to mention things. He’s a great Time Keeper.

So, if I act a little odd to you and a little standoffish per se’, you can bet I know something or God has shown me something about you. I don’t get ignorant though, just cautious. I have someone now who is working with my ‘enemy’ so to speak, halting one of my projects that I put a lot of work into throughout the years. They don’t know that I know.

I’d like to end this by thanking you for reading this and telling you to keep things to yourself until God tells you to speak about it. Watch your enemies squirm. There is a story in the bible that says that God turned Jehosaphat’s enemies against one another. He’ll do the same for you. Stand still and see the salvation of the Lord.

God bless
