Good Monday Morning!1/18/21

You live in a win-win situation. Nothing that happens can make you lose OVERCOMER! 😉

2Co 5:6  Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord:
2Co 5:7  (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)
2Co 5:8  We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.
2Co 5:9  Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him.
2Co 5:10  For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.
This mortal life is a pilgrimage, and our body is a tent, so slight, so transitory, so easily taken down; but what does it matter, since there is awaiting us a mansion prepared by God? Often in this veil of flesh we groan. It cages us, anchors us down to earth, hampers us with its needs, obstructs our vision, and becomes the medium of temptation. How good it would be if our physical body could be suddenly transmuted into the glorified ethereal body which should be like the resurrection body of our Lord! It would be sweet to escape the wrench of death. But if not, then through death we shall carry with us the germ of the glorified body. That which shall be quickened will first die, but God will give it a body as it shall please Him.
The gate of death may look gloomy on this side, but on the other it is of burnished gold, and opens directly into the presence-chamber of Jesus. We long to see Him and to be with Him; and such desires are the work of the Holy Spirit and the first fruits of heaven. But remember that just inside the door there is Christ’s judgment seat, where He will adjudge our life and apportion our reward. Prepare, my soul, to give an account of thy talents!

Good Saturday Morning! 10/17/20

God has a blessing with your name on it. ~ (Pay no attention to the nay-sayers, they’re just jealous.) 😊 ~ Son 8:6  Set me as a seal upon thine heart, as a seal upon thine arm: for love is strong as death; jealousy iscruel as the grave: the coals thereof are coals of fire, which hath a most vehement flame.

Kick your scorners to the curb and get busy.

“Kick your scorners to the curb.”
Matthew 9:23-31
Rev Essie Scott

9/13/20 Sunday
Good Morning, Good Afternoon and/or Good Evening wherever you are. This is Rev Essie of New Birth Ministries of Pittsburgh, and I am glad that you are listening today. I pray that your day is blessed and if it doesn’t seem to be going that way…..Bless it yourself! God lives in you. He gave you His Power so use it! Today the topic is “Kick your scorners to the curb.” Get your Swords, a drink and a snack, and maybe a tablet and pen and sit back and I’ll be back to delve into this subject right after this.
(King Jesus, Vicky Winans.)
Let’s turn our swords to Matthew chapter 9 verses 23-34 and it reads like this:
Mat 9:23  And when Jesus came into the ruler’s house, and saw the minstrels and the people making a noise,
Mat 9:24  He said unto them, Give place: for the maid is not dead, but sleepeth. And they laughed him to scorn.
Mat 9:25  But when the people were put forth, he went in, and took her by the hand, and the maid arose.
Mat 9:26  And the fame hereof went abroad into all that land.
Jesus Heals Two Blind Men
Mat 9:27  And when Jesus departed thence, two blind men followed him, crying, and saying, Thou Son of David, have mercy on us.
Mat 9:28  And when he was come into the house, the blind men came to him: and Jesus saith unto them, Believe ye that I am able to do this? They said unto him, Yea, Lord.
Mat 9:29  Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you.
Mat 9:30  And their eyes were opened; and Jesus straitly charged them, saying, See that no man know it.
Mat 9:31  But they, when they were departed, spread abroad his fame in all that country.
Jesus Heals a Man Unable to Speak
Mat 9:32  As they went out, behold, they brought to him a dumb man possessed with a devil.
Mat 9:33  And when the devil was cast out, the dumb spake: and the multitudes marvelled, saying, It was never so seen in Israel.
Mat 9:34  But the Pharisees said, He casteth out devils through the prince of the devils.
Just as we do today at funerals, they were doing at this time in this period of the bible, playing music and mourning the death of a girl. Until this virus came this year, (in which some say that it’s been here since November of 2019), we have kept the same ritualistic burials as over 3000+ years ago. Recently though we are not permitted to even attend our loved ones funerals unless the government says that we can according to our various areas of living. It’s a shame when the government tells you when and where you can mourn, sing, preach, pray, praise and worship. It has overstepped it’s boundaries and attempted to take God’s place and I am sure that He is not pleased and will not allow it to happen long.
In those days they had professional mourners who did just that, mourn; just as singers sing, poets recite, preachers preached, mourners mourned and may have even gotten paid a little stipend to do so. According to verse 23 of Matthew 9, the house was noisy. That doesn’t mean that it was quiet, quaint, peaceful, full of whispers and gawkers. The crib was noisy folks. I find that this word is used a few times in the new testament when it comes to presenting Jesus and other gatherings of the people to us.
Jos 6:27  So the LORD was with Joshua; and his fame was noised throughout all the country.
Mar 2:1  And again he entered into Capernaum after some days; and it was noised that he was in the house.
Luk 1:65  And fear came on all that dwelt round about them: and all these sayings were noised abroad throughout all the hill country of Judaea.
Act 2:6  Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were confounded, because that every man heard them speak in his own language.
My question is “When did the church become so sensitive and quiet throughout the years, not allowed to play instruments or to even say allowed ‘amen’?” This could possibly be from when the church began to adopt and adapt (modify itself) to Roman Catholicism which is known worldwide for their solitude and quietness without much reference to Holy Ghost tongues, etc. but pray for them because many of their churches are changing. There was a time that Mary was revered more than Jesus but that is changing as well. You don’t pray to Mary, you pray to Jesus, He is the one who shed His blood in order that we would be saved. Even when Jesus rose from the dead and took the saints with Him, Mary was still living so she wasn’t in that number at that time. Jewish writers of the Word, God’s original Priests before anyone was grafted in, state that Jesus had an ascension not His mother. We have to be careful of which ‘gospel’ that we sit under. I love my Catholic friends, a lot, but I do pray that God opens their eyes to stop worshiping idols, (dead beads made by man’s hands, deceased humans, and statues) and start putting Jesus Christ, Yeshua HaMaschiach, the true Redeemer in His rightful place in their lives. Lev 26:1  Ye shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the LORD your God. Daniel, Shadrach, Meschach and Abednego can tell you about that experience in the Fiery Furnace. Amen?
Jesus would be the one to stop all of the sexual perversion suits, calling perverts “Father,” although God, the true Father tells us not to do that in Mat 23:9….. And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.
Matthew 9:23 says that the crowd was wailing. Let’s look at the dictionary term for word ‘wail.’ When I do research on something I do as much as I can to exhaust my resources. To wail is to scream, yell, shout, use a loud vocalization in which the air is passed through the vocal folds with greater force than is used in regular or close-distance vocalization. To scream is often an instinctive or reflex action with a strong emotional aspect, like, fear, pain, annoyance, surprise, joy, excitement, anger, etc.
Disambiguation. disambiguate | ˌdisamˈbiɡyəˌwāt |
verb [with object]
remove uncertainty of meaning from (an ambiguous sentence, phrase, or other linguistic unit).
This means that anything that would cause one to think otherwise was removed from the text to let you know that these people were screaming outlandish screams. It would make one think that she or her family must have had ‘clout’ in the town or was beloved by many. Musicians and mourners came. It doesn’t say that she had ‘just’ passed or the musicians and mourners wouldn’t have been there yet. This was a very professional funeral. It was not like the town prostitute or the towns worse defiant child had passed. I believe they would have had a quick funeral then, and sit at the table for a good plate of food, eat, drink and go home. When you read verse 24, Jesus tells them to make room for him, (as the house was very crowded,) because the girl was not dead but as He stated, she was “sleeping.” In Mark chapter 5:38 it tells us that there was a great tumult. That’s serious and it is loud. tumult | ˈt(y)o͞oˌməlt |
noun [usually in singular]
a loud, confused noise, especially one caused by a large mass of people: a tumult of shouting and screaming broke out.
• confusion or disorder: the whole neighborhood was in a state of fear and tumult | his personal tumult ended when he began writing songs.
These people had a lot into this funeral and Jesus is going to tell them that she is NOT dead? After all this was the “rulers” house. You know they paid a pretty penny for the funeral and here comes Jesus, telling everyone to get out of His way because the girl is not dead. Imagine that happening to you? “Excuse me, who are you and exactly what is your name sir?” Right? Verse 24 says that they ridiculed Him. That means that they weren’t very inviting and talked about Him, mocked and mimicked Him. Just as they did while He was in the Courtyard and on the Cross. It never stopped with Him and it won’t stop with us either. To ridicule is: ridicule | ˈridiˌkyo͞ol |
the subjection of someone or something to contemptuous and dismissive language or behavior: he is held up as an object of ridicule.
Feeling or showing that someone or something is unworthy of consideration. He meant nothing to them. They could care less. They treated Jesus and His words so disrespectfully that He had to put them all out of the room to bring the girl back from death. This is why we cannot always think that healing is in the loudest vehicle, people, places or times. Jesus put them out of the room, took her hand and the girl instantly arose. Mark 5 says that He used the Hebrew term: “Talitha Cumi” which means “daughter rise” or “little girl get up!” The resurrection happened and everybody told whomever they could about it. The word says that the report went out into all of the land. Simply put, Jesus went viral. That quiet, crazy guy that nobody wanted to pay attention to became famous due to His diligence and courage to face the people. How is your courage? Would you enter a room full of loud, intimidating people to prove your point that God heals? Are we ready to be ridiculed, talked about, dogged, intimidated just to tell the World about Jesus? Do you have friends who do that to you? Do you know of anyone who really doesn’t believe in you or your ministry but they hang around just to make noise in your life? Unbelief can hinder you. You love these people but they just don’t believe in you. Some of them may be close friends, your husband, your wife, your ex, children, siblings or sometimes, even your Pastor! There are times when you have to kick them to the curb and push them out of your “room” so that miracles can occur. Let’s take a look at:
Jesus Rejected at Nazareth
Mat 13:53  And it came to pass, that when Jesus had finished these parables, he departed thence.
Mat 13:54  And when he was come into his own country, he taught them in their synagogue, insomuch that they were astonished, and said, Whence hath this man this wisdom, and these mighty works?
Mat 13:55  Is not this the carpenter’s son? is not his mother called Mary? and his brethren, James, and Joses, and Simon, and Judas?
Mat 13:56  And his sisters, are they not all with us? Whence then hath this man all these things?
Mat 13:57  And they were offended in him. But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, save in his own country, and in his own house.
Mat 13:58  And he did not many mighty works there because of their unbelief.
Do you know that a non-believer can slow you down and clip your wings? You are wondering why your ministry or authority is not being taken seriously or is not prospering the way that you thought that it should be by now. That is because you are trying to carry someone on your back who has the spirit of unbelief on them and they are just using you for a free ride. You can’t go far because your wings were made just for you not them too. They are too heavy. The song says, “he ain’t heavy he’s my brother” but let me tell you, an unbeliever is NOT your brother!!!! He/she is a hindrance to all that God told or assigned you to do for the Kingdom. What comes first in your life, that freeloader or God’s Kingdom? Choose wisely. If you don’t, one day they will take your ministry, wear your clothes, eat your food, take your man or woman, and sit in your seat and kick YOU to the curb. How many Sampson moments do you have to have in order to carry out God’s mission in your life? How many knock downs do you have to go through in order to do things right this time? Thank God for His Grace and Mercy, amen?
Example: have you ever had someone who just uses you for ideas? I have. They slyly work their way through to hear what you have to say or see what you are up to. I have to admit, I come up with a lot of ideas! Some work and some don’t. I end up putting a lot on the back burner until I hear from God about them again. God has blessed me in that area. I’ve had churches, prayer groups, blogs, radio programs, music, books, public positions, entertainment awards, etc. I always end up with a seat at some table somewhere! It’s not hard for me to be included in the right place! If I try out something that seems to be great but it ends up being not-so-great nor enthusiastic I’ll drop that project like a hot potato. Well, and I am just using this unmentioned person as an example so forgive me but, I know someone who has a shortage or mental blockage somewhat when it comes to creating ideas therefore they follow me and watch whatever I do. They don’t really “love me” love me, per say, they just tolerate me and I can tell. I discerned it years ago. And sometimes they even get short tempered and angry with me and it shows when they aren’t feeling well or not so stable at the time. That’s ok though, I still give them my time when they need it. God says to give them your cloak as well, amen? When I drop a project, they pick it up really quick because they think that they are “more capable” of handling that thing more than I ever could. I watch them fail time after time. What God meant for me is for me. He is the Potter and I am the clay and He made me a mini-potter and my ideas are the mini-clay. People can try to wear your shoes but if your shoes are too tight, they’ll get spiritual bunions. And if your shoes are too large for them, they’ll get raw sores which, get this, slows down their ‘walk’ with the Lord. They have to stop too much, rest and recover from trying to wear shoes that were not fit for them to wear. What does that tell you about their walk? These my friends are what they call, “False Prophets” or “Fake micro-managers.” Stay away from them. Kick your scorners to the curb….NOW!
Mat 9:27  And when Jesus departed thence, two blind men followed him, crying, and saying, Thou Son of David, have mercy on us. (Even the blind can tell who Jesus is. They called Him “Son of David” and asked for His Mercy. Asking for mercy is asking for something that you don’t deserve. These blind men were not vain, self-exalting or prideful to talk to Jesus the way that they did unlike some people on the Earth today. People today are so prideful and vain that they think that there is nothing wrong with them. You cannot help them. They think that they don’t need Jesus. They can heal their own selves and solve their own situations. Do you know and understand who Jesus is? Rent the veil over your spiritual eyes and allow Him to show you Who He is. All that you need is repentance and obedience. Don’t be what God calls “a fool.”
Mat 9:28  And when he was come into the house, the blind men came to him: and Jesus saith unto them, Believe ye that I am able to do this? They said unto him, Yea, Lord. (The blind had no unbelief and was not able to see with their physical eyesight, the miracles that Jesus had done. They didn’t go by sight, they went by perception in their own hearts after their hearing that was working so properly for them. No doubting Thomas’s here.) Faith comes by….(hearing.)
Mat 9:29  Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you. (Jesus leaves it all up to you. The healing is right over your head, you just have to reach up in faith and grab it, claim it and apply it. Notice He told them that the healing will come to them “according to their faith.” How much Word have YOU been hearing? Or are you still scrambling as to who it is that you really want to listen to. Don’t let the devil kill your focus. Some people aren’t healed because they don’t believe that it can happen to them. They want a hand out, a tent-meeting healing without even giving their entire lives to Jesus. If you want what He has, you have to put some more oomph into your belief section. There’s not free rides here, no demilitarized zone. We are in a battle every day and either you are on the Lord’s side or you are on the side of the weak ones who couldn’t fathom up enough strength to trust fully in God to the point of wanting nothing as in “The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want.” They say, “Heal my Diabetes Lord.” You just called it yours. That Diabetes is one of your belongings now. You are that which you speak. God will not take away anything that you like or claim. You have to break those ties that bind you either spiritually, physically, emotionally or mentally and give it to Jesus and be free. And some of us created those evil soul ties ourselves and don’t even know it. Bind those things in Jesus mighty name and never make them again. Give that disease back to the one who really owns it…satan. God is not a thief, if you claim it, He will not steal it from you. I once knew someone who literally made themselves sick trying to get on Disability. They did everything that the doctor suggested to them. If he said that they should be experiencing joint problems, they went to their physician and said they had osteoarthritis symptoms, and bilked the medical system of pills that they didn’t even need. If the Disability Doctor asked if they were hearing voices, they’d go to their Private Doctor and get a prescription for a Psycotropic med to allegedly ‘stop them from hearing voices.’ The Disability Doctor said that they shouldn’t be able to bend over and touch the floor so guess what? They began to only bend half way although at one point they did cartwheels and crunches. And guess what? They finally got some Opiates to “kill the pain” and months later, they got their Social Security Disability. The problem is that they actually began to live out and display their “made up” symptoms. They limited what God can do. The thing that gets me is that Social Security Disability only pays so much per month and this person made 4 times as much on their job than what Disability paid them. Now, they only get paid once a month and they’ve learned to live low and ‘want.’ That’s not of God folks. They went from Jehovah Jireh to the World’s System. What are they going to do when these Government programs close down?
Are you saved? Now is the time to accept Jesus Christ as your Savior. With all that is going on around the world, you need a friend. Jesus can be that special friend if you allow Him into your life. He is your helper and His Holy Spirit is your Comforter.
If you are not saved, just repeat the Romans Road after me: Say “Jesus, I repent of my sins, I am so sorry Lord. I believe that you died on the cross and rose 3 days later from the dead, just for me and I accept what you have done, I accept you as my Savior. Thank you Jesus, amen.” Now go find a bible believing, Holy Ghost filled church and learn of Him, it’s never too late. Your new life starts now. All old things are gone away. God throws them as far as the East if from the West. Now….go live, laugh and love!
Num 6:24  The LORD bless thee, and keep thee:
Num 6:25  The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:

Thank you for coming on today and I pray that your week goes by Victoriously!

Good Monday Morning! 7/27/20

Are you a helper of the Most High? BE HIS HANDS.
Lev 27:30  And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is the LORD’S: it is holy unto the LORD. Mat 23:23  Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.
Luk 11:42  But woe unto you, Pharisees! for ye tithe mint and rue and all manner of herbs, and pass over judgment and the love of God: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.

Good Morning! 7/18/20

All things work together for the good.

Rom 8:24  For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?

Rom 8:25  But if we hope for that we see not, thendo we with patience wait for it.

Rom 8:26  Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

Rom 8:27  And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

Rom 8:28  And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

Rom 8:29  For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

Good Thursday Morning! 7/16/20

My Refuge and My Fortress
Psa 91:1  He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
Psa 91:2  I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
Psa 91:3  Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.
Psa 91:4  He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
Psa 91:5  Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;
Psa 91:6  Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.
Psa 91:7  A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.
Psa 91:8  Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.
Psa 91:9  Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;
Psa 91:10  There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.
Psa 91:11  For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.
Psa 91:12  They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.
Psa 91:13  Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.
Psa 91:14  Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.
Psa 91:15  He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.
Psa 91:16  With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation. ~

Psalms 91:1

(Title), This Psalm is supposed by some to have been composed by Moses on the same occasion as the preceding; but others think it was written by David, after his advice to his son Solomon. 1Ch 28:1-21

Good Thursday Morning!

Psalms 62:5

“My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him.”

In honor of Lucille Hillberry

I just received a beautiful call from a 95+ year old lady named Lucille Hillberry, from my old apartment building in California, Pa. We lived on the same floor and she came to our Sunday services nearly every Sunday. If you’ve ever watched some of my videos, she’d be the thin, pretty one with the silver hair who likes to read poems after I preached. She’s part Cherokee and so am I therefore we got along great. She used to tell me old Cherokee stories and recipes and gave my daughter a pair of feather earrings that were outstanding.
She told me that her fern is still growing strong since I told her about putting black coffee in it. (Plants love coffee.) We chatted about who’s new, who passed and who needed prayer. I said a prayer for her and she was glad. She’s recently had a hospital stay for her back (sciatica) but she is doing better now. Thank God.
You never know who you may have touched with your ministry no matter how big it is or how small. Lucille’s call moved my heart and brought me to tears. I miss my folks who live there. I am small. I am a nobody compared to my other brothers and sisters of the Cloth, but I do believe I made a dent for the glory of God and His Kingdom there. It was so good to hear from her again. So many changes in the past 6 years but her loving voice remains the same. I told her that she and I were going to get to see Jesus when He returns.
Sorry for the huge paragraph. I guess I just wanted to give honor to a lovely lady who has a heart of gold. Thank you Lord for the opportunity to still hear her voice.

Good Morning! 4/17/20

Reign-in-Jesus today because when you reign the devil doesn’t.

Rom 5:17  For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)

Good Morning!

Thu Apr 16th, 2020

Rom 15:13  Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.

Good Morning!

The Rose of Sharon loves you.

Son 2:1  I am the rose of Sharon, and the lily of the valleys.

Son 2:2  As the lily among thorns, so is my love among the daughters.

Son 2:3  As the apple tree among the trees of the wood, so is my beloved among the sons. I sat down under his shadow with great delight, and his fruit was sweet to my taste.

Son 2:4  He brought me to the banqueting house, and his banner over me was love.

Son 2:5  Stay me with flagons, comfort me with apples: for I am sick of love.

Son 2:6  His left hand is under my head, and his right hand doth embrace me.

Son 2:7  I charge you, O ye daughters of Jerusalem, by the roes, and by the hinds of the field, that ye stir not up, nor awake my love, till he please.

A little praise and worship for you.

Good Morning my friends!

Good Morning Saints and if you aren’t one, consider becoming one so that you can live free, covered by the Redemptive Blood of Jesus. Amen.
I pray that your day is going well and blessed and if it doesn’t seem to be Bless it yourself! You have the Most High God within you. He gave His Power to you to use so use it! Hallelujah!

Fight the good fight of faith. Don’t be like the fool who said, “If I get it I get it.” Fight this battle with the Blood of Jesus.

Pro 29:11  A fool uttereth all his mind: but a wise man keepeth it in till afterwards.

Pro 29:20  Seest thou a man that is hasty in his words? there is more hope of a fool than of him.

Great Morning to you!

Carpe Diem! (Seize the day.)

St. Matthew 8:5-17

Mat 8:5  And when Jesus was entered into Capernaum, there came unto him a centurion, beseeching him,

Mat 8:6  And saying, Lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented.

Mat 8:7  And Jesus saith unto him, I will come and heal him.

Mat 8:8  The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed.

Mat 8:9  For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it.

Mat 8:10  When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel.

Mat 8:11  And I say unto you, That many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven.

Mat 8:12  But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Mat 8:13  And Jesus said unto the centurion, Go thy way; and as thou hast believed, so be it done unto thee. And his servant was healed in the selfsame hour.

Jesus Heals Many

Mat 8:14  And when Jesus was come into Peter’s house, he saw his wife’s mother laid, and sick of a fever.

Mat 8:15  And he touched her hand, and the fever left her: and she arose, and ministered unto them.

Mat 8:16  When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and healed all that were sick:

Mat 8:17  That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.

Humans. We use so many words don’t we? Have you ever thought about how much you talk during the day? Especially those who are very active or are around people much of the day, maybe in the office, church, work, store, customer services of some kind. Think about all of those words that come out of your mouth. If you were to measure your positive ‘word-use’ in inches, yards, feet or miles, how many  would you have? How many inches of negativity would you measure? What city could some people have traveled to with that much negativity? Some people could actually travel to countries with all of the words that come out of their mouths. How many of your words can be considered as encouraging, uplifting, healing, and edifying to others besides yourself?

That’s what Jesus did. He was constantly encouraging, edifying and uplifting those who were in need and yet, he also gave correction when needed. His Power was realized when He spoke the Word. Ours is realized when we speak the Word as well. Instead of getting so bogged down with all that is going on around the Word today with this #coronavirus, we should be speaking in prayer or tongues for mankind and all the while rebuking the virus. I see that many have begun to speak that thing down just like we did the Hurricane’s and Tornados a while ago. Put that virus in it’s place like Jesus did in so many examples in the Bible.

Here we have in Matthew 7, a Centurion who came to Jesus (beseeching Him) to ask him to heal his servant who was laying at home sick of palsy and grievously tormented. In other words, this man was in a horrible physical situation. Palsy is a paralysis, especially that which is accompanied by involuntary tremors. That is a serious situation, especially for a servant of a centurion whom, I am sure, needed his services. He even told Jesus in verse 9 that he (the Centurion) was a man under authority, having soldiers under him and when he told someone to move, they moved! He was no joke. He said that when he told someone to do something, they got it done. We don’t know what the, “or else” would have been. He must’ve had heart, and  was different than the rest. He had to be a believer because instead of killing his servant or leaving him like the Egyptian servant  of the Amalekites in 1 Samuel 30:13 (who actually ended up helping Israel because Israel saved and helped him,) this Centurion beseeched Jesus for help. The Centurion’s servant was blessed to have such a leader over him like that. I pray that you all out there have leaders that are caring because they are hard to find.

Centurions usually were great leaders, leading many soldiers. They were the principal professional officer in the armies of ancient Rome and its empire. The centurion was the commander of a centuria, (about 100 men,) which was the smallest unit of a Roman legion. A legion was normally composed of 6,000 soldiers, and each legion was divided up into 10 cohorts, with each cohort containing 6 centuria. The centurion thus nominally commanded about 100 men, and there were 60 centurions in a legion. The centurions in a legion were arranged in a complicated order of rank, with variations in authority and responsibility from top to bottom. The last thing that this company needed was to experience a weak link in their legion. Rome was fierce in their battles and the centurions were to make sure that it stayed that way.

“…but speak the Word”……

In Matthew 8:8 the centurion, after beseeching Jesus tells Him, “…but speak the word only and my servant shall be healed.” That required true faith. He knew something. He had most likely heard or been watching the Lord doing His Father’s work. Jesus had a name for Himself, especially with various leadership. He was a threat to many. He still is today. Just as they watched Him over 2000 years ago, they still watch Him today, through us. We are the carriers of His other third (⅓rd), The Holy Spirit and we are supposed to be doing greater exploits than He did while He was here in the flesh. The World is watching us ladies and gentlemen. Especially during this time when there is a weakness running rampant among mankind. “Let’s see if they pray now” they say. “Are they gathering together like they claim to do?” the world says. satan says, “Corona! Kill them off before God even has a chance to put their tears in a bottle.” “Stop them from gathering and let’s see if miracles still take place.” Wow….”stop…them…from…gathering”….

I believe that Jesus, our Big Brother and Savior put this in the bible for us and purposely had me search this out for study on Saturday to let us know that everything is going to be alright. He is telling us not to fear. He was our example. He says to us today, “Just speak the Word.” Quote Him. Quote scripture. Learn it. Get used to it. The Holy Spirit of God will help you. He is waiting for you to call upon him as He said in Jeremiah 33:3. “Call upon me.” Sure, this is a time when our #Faith is being challenged. But we also have to use wisdom. And this may be where I may lose some listeners on Blog Talk Radio or readers on so please hang in there with me.

The Bible tells us to obey magistrates (leadership.) This means that we don’t cuss out our Presidents, have coven meetings wishing ill-will over him, (and Leadership around the world), while they are scrambling to make a safe living for us. That is rebellion. 1Sa 15:23  “For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee”…   If they are wrong, God is still in control is He not? He will correct them. What we need to be doing is praying either singly or corporately. You can’t serve a God that you don’t talk to.

Tit 3:1  Put them in mind to be subject to principalities and powers, to obey magistrates, to be ready to every good work,

Tit 3:2  To speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, but gentle, shewing all meekness unto all men.

Tit 3:3  For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another.

Tit 3:4  But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared,

There is so much disrespect anymore for leadership. I may lose some listeners here but I can’t help that because I have to say what God leads me to say. Not only that, He sends people to listen to His Word through me on various platforms from all around the World so, no offense, but as the saying goes, “one monkey won’t stop no show.” Forgive me for my bluntness but some folks just take it too far for me. I don’t like playing games and I am certainly not here to please man. Man has not offered me anything in this life to get me to respect him that much you can bet the farm on that one. Trust me.
I am shocked at how people ‘over-speak’ to our leadership while they are speaking on camera, being already tense about the situation, trying to say what would help calm the people. Bullies don’t want anyone to bully their kids and loved ones but they will get on tv and bully our leadership, trying to make fools of them in public, only making matters worse while tempers rise. It’s disrespectful. I am done with all of the name calling, character assassins, judgmental people who always have depressing things to say. They need to sweep around their own front door before they try to sweep around someone else’s. We are so close if not surpassing Sodom and Gomorrah and that’s a shame.
Ministers of the Church, God has a Word for you right now. Shame on the ministers who let people in their pulpits, choirs, and praise and worship teams who haven’t even repented of their sins yet. Shame on you “all-inclusion” folks who take anybody and everybody who years later are still living in their sins, just to get numbers in your church. Listen, how many do you have now? The government is shutting everyone down because of this virus and telling everyone to distance themselves to stay safe. If you never were allowed to go back to your brick and mortar again, would you let some of those characters from your pulpits into your homes? Would you bring them around your children? *Selah. “Be ye holy for I am holy saith the Lord. Amen. No spot, no wrinkle.
And on the ‘information’ subject. One of America’s problems is that she always wants to know something. We want to know so much that our military secrets probably get out to the enemy before we can secure it! Everyone wants to he the HRIC (head reporter in charge.) Every station is afraid that the other station will get more info than them therefore they drill our leadership with questions that should not even be discussed on camera. We are just like King Hezekiah in 2nd Kings 20:13. Ya want to know too much America! Have you ever heard of TMI? (Too much information?)

2Ki 20:13 And Hezekiah hearkened unto them, (his enemies, – PRIDE steps in,) and shewed them all the house of his precious things, the silver, and the gold, and the spices, and the precious ointment, and all the house of his armour, and all that was found in his treasures: there was nothing in his house, nor in all his dominion, that Hezekiah shewed them not.

2Ki 20:14 Then came Isaiah the prophet unto king Hezekiah, and said unto him, What said these men? and from whence came they unto thee? And Hezekiah said, They are come from a far country, even from Babylon.

2Ki 20:15 And he said, What have they seen in thine house? And Hezekiah answered, All the things that are in mine house have they seen: there is nothing among my treasures that I have not shewed them.

2Ki 20:16 And Isaiah said unto Hezekiah, Hear the word of the LORD.

2Ki 20:17 Behold, the days come, that all that is in thine house, and that which thy fathers have laid up in store unto this day, shall be carried into Babylon: nothing shall be left, saith the LORD.

Soooo, the enemies got all of his beloved ‘stuff’ that he showed off so badly for. God resists the proud.
Do you know that Doctors don’t tell all that they know about you when you go to see them? There have been reports even in psychology books and magazines where doctors have found that using positivity with patients makes a happier patient and sometimes brings healing. The doctor that I have now is trying to take pills away from me instead of giving me more just for the money. She found that my old doctor had me on 3 separate cholesterol pills, making a mint. She was shocked! She said, “Did you know that (doctors name omitted) had you on 3 separate cholesterol pills?” I was like, “What? I didn’t know.” She said, “Yes! That’s not good.” And she removed 2 from me. I will never forget that. She told me that she is the type of doctor who tries to make a patient ‘smile’ not ‘over-pay.’ I like her. She speaks positive sentences to me and redirects my conversations from doubt to faith and healing. I believe that this is what our leadership is trying to do to us. They are scrambling trying to find health and cure and we are yelling at them! When is the last time that you heard a President tell us to pray to God or thank God for something? It’s been years, I am sure. Ours just did on Saturday, 21 March 2020. Yesterday.
The Centurion, like our leadership now, had spiritual perception. The Jesus kind, the kind that our country was founded upon before the witches got in there and tried to abort Christianity, but they will fail horribly and pay for an eternity if they don’t repent. He knew what Jesus could do. He respected Jesus and believed upon Him, His name, His character. He trusted Jesus. I know that some gorge on things and horde food and all that but do you trust God? Do you trust that He will keep you going like Elijah did the hungry widow? People are hoarding toilet paper and hand sanitizer and selling it for outrageous prices. They are using unjust weights and God will get vengeance on their greed. They are taking advantage of mankind in times of need. That’s of their father, the devil.
When you think of it, this wise Centurion was like Martin Luther, he worked against his Catholic Faith and decided to follow Jesus. When Jesus saw this, (vs 10) He announced to others that there has not been found so great a faith, not even in Israel. (God’s chosen.) A Centurion of another faith believed more than God’s chosen nation. Fathom that. Jesus’ own relatives and neighborhoods didn’t believe the way that they should. And neither do ours. Especially if you are called into ministry. You will have folks jumping out of all of the bushes along your trail telling folks how you “used” to be and not to trust anything that comes out of your mouth. But! When you find that one! When God sends that one and then begins to send others who enjoy your anointing and what you do, NO MAN can stop that. They can try to erase your name out of their history but you are like Prego…..”it’s in there.” (You’re in there!) They tried to erase Jesus from history but at the same time, actually MAKING history by doing what they were actually supposed to do and not even knowing it. Jesus even said that if He told them what was happening they would prevent Him from fulfilling the prophecies of Him dying on the Cross for us.
In verses 11 and 12 Jesus talks about how people from all over the World will sit down with the Saints (Abraham, Isaac and Jacob,) in Heaven but those who were intended to be there will not make it and go to Hell, simply put. Outer Darkness. In verse 13 Jesus tells him “as thou hast believed, so be it done unto thee.” Let me ask you this question: Hows your life? What do you believe? To what degree is your faith in what the Lord has done and will do for you? We are still trying to heal headaches much less a paralyzed man.
Check this out:
{Let’s take a look at the word sick. Let’s dig down deeper in the barrel shall we? The Greek word for it is arroustos, which comes from the word arunnumi. Runnumi means to be well, strong in good health, or to possess a strong physical condition. When an a is place in front of this word, it reverses the condition, and instead the new word mean to be in bad health or to possess a weak and broken condition. The person is considered an invalid. In Matthew 14:14 – arroustos. Invalids. Mark 6:5 – arroustos. Extremely sick people. Mark 6:13 – Very frail and weak in health. These people were not simply feeling poorly but were devastated by sickness. They were critically ill. This is the category of sick people that Jesus said believers would lay hands on, and they would recover. Not headaches and skin abrasions.
See: Mat 13:58  And he did not many mighty works there because of their unbelief.
He was talking about believers laying hands on the critically ill and invalids. He healed them! He was our example! Lay hands on and heal! Restore them back to health. In Mark 16:18 you’ll notice that Jesus promises recovery, healing over a period of time. Otherwise, that would be a miracle. All healings do not occur instantaneously. His healing power flows from us to the recipient. Just like medicine, our laying on of hands will reverse  that medical condition and release healing power to them. It will begin to attack the work of the devil and progressively restore that sick person to a state of health and well-being. Healing the sick is part of our responsibility as a believer. We need the Power of the Holy Spirit to do so, so get used to Him. If you allow Him to use you, there will be amazing levels of power and supernatural manifestations! }
(Taken from: “A life Ablaze”, Rick Renner. An excellent book.)
In this case Jesus rewarded the Centurion because of his faith and allowed him to go back and find a healed servant. The Word says that the servant was healed “in the selfsame hour.” That’s “heal” with an “ing” at the end. (It took time but a very short amount of time.) This is also where Jesus healed Peter’s mother-in-law who had a fever. When evening came, they began to bring the hard-hitters, the ones possessed with devils and Jesus cast them out and also healed all that were sick. He had to fulfill the prophecy that was spoken in Isaiah that says, “Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses. Jesus spoke life to people. He still does today. We can too. Fear not, for the Lord thy God is with thee.

Isa 53:4  Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.

Isa 53:5  But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

1Pe 2:24  Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.

➢ How’s your speech?Pro 25:11  A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in pictures of silver.

➸ What are you speaking? Are you casting out devils, infirmities, paralysis? Are you soothing troubled minds around you? We are creators like our Father Creator. What we say comes to life. We speak life or death. Are you casting down evil imaginations that the enemy of your soul sends to you on a daily basis? Or are you accepting what the devil has to say as truth? he lied to Eve and he’ll lie to you too. Who does God say that you are? His! A Healer! Righteousness! The Kings Kid! He’s not going to beg. It’s high time for us to accept that we are Royalty and get it over and done with and walk ye therefore in it.

Pro 18:21  Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

➳ The Word is Jesus on paper. God is not a man that He should lie. When the bible tells us that, it is telling the truth. Truth reigns.

Rev 19:13  And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.

Thank you for coming on today and I pray that your week goes by Victoriously!

Eph 4:29  Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.

Col 3:8  But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth.

Phm 1:6  That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.

Good Morning beloved.

You are alive and breathing today, reading this. Thank God. Isn’t it wonderful to see that God has given you the favor of waking you up this morning? Our battles never stop but loving Jesus makes it easier. God’s Grace is something that we should thank Him for everyday. Grace is receiving something from Him that we do NOT deserve. Mercy is NOT receiving something that we DO deserve. Bless God’s Grace and Mercy.  – Rev. Essie

Heb 4:16  Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

2Jn 1:3  Grace be with you, mercy, and peace, from God the Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love.

Good Morning!

Wishing you a happy and healthy Monday and that every day would contain the same.

Isa 58:6  Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?

Isa 58:7  Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh?

Isa 58:8  Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the LORD shall be thy rereward.

Isa 58:9  Then shalt thou call, and the LORD shall answer; thou shalt cry, and he shall say, Here I am. If thou take away from the midst of thee the yoke, the putting forth of the finger, and speaking vanity;

Isa 58:10  And if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall thy light rise in obscurity, and thy darkness be as the noonday:

Isa 58:11  And the LORD shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.

Isa 58:12  And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.

Isa 58:13  If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words:

Isa 58:14  Then shalt thou delight thyself in the LORD; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.
