Fill up your bathtubs with water for washing or for the toilet. Use a garbage bag over your toilet then put the seat down. Empty the bags in a bucket with a lid. Do not flush. Fill up containers for drinking water, jars, anything clean. Secure outdoor furniture. Get tea light candles or stick long candles in Crisco. Cut candles for shorter cans. 8 hr+ burn. You can place a pan on your stove over tealights to cook. Use old fashioned oil lamps, they aren’t just decoration. Ask grandma for an extra one. Use indoor/outdoor kerosene lamps. Any other tips?
