In today’s society we live much differently than our elders before us. A handshake was a contract signature and one’s word could be taken and trusted. We arose by the cock of a crow or the light of the sun shining through our windows. Handwritten letters were appreciated and reading pages of wonderful books gave us peaceful moments during the day.
With man’s craving to possess bigger things, and to be more knowledgeable and faster than ever before, we now find ourselves skipping over the ancient ways which are now looked upon as ‘the mundane’ and we are demanding instant gratification. We are now a microwave society. Hospital stays are shorter, women are not spending much bonding time with their babies anymore, and the elderly are living longer where 80 is the new 60.
Much of what we are experiencing today is mistakenly thought to be issued by man himself but what man is overlooking is that it is all under God’s Grace that we are now faster and wiser. Information is not evil but how you use it is what makes it evil or good. Your words are being stored somewhere in that great highway of information in the atmosphere so be careful of what you say. We are now living in a Titus 3 time.
Titus 3:0-9
Titus 3
1 Put them in mind to be subject to principalities and powers, to obey magistrates, to be ready to every good work,
2 To speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, but gentle, shewing all meekness unto all men.
3 For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another.
4 But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared,
5 Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;
6 Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour;
7 That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.
8 This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable unto men.
9 But avoid foolish questions, and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain.
Welcome to the Digital World.
Years ago when the internet came out for public use, Christians called it a major tool of the devil himself and cautioned others of their use of it. We were all being prudent and cautious, there is nothing wrong with that. As time went by God, in His usual, loving, Fatherly way, laid it on the hearts of believers to use the Internet to their advantage and evangelize the Good News. Today we have the tiniest ministries to the largest ministries delivering Jesus in a universal way. Everyday people by the thousands are accepting Jesus Christ as their Savior or learning more about Him. There are reports internationally of various non-believing cultures saying that Jesus “came to them in a dream” and they end up giving their lives to Him. Bless God.
Ephesians 2:2 speaks of “the prince of the power of the air” in which it has been rightfully determined that the phrase describes Satan himself, but no matter the enemy’s title, God is still and always will be all-knowledge. It is God Who made letters for us to use to communicate with one another, from Alpha to Tau. (Greek = Alpha to Omega.) God is the Source, the Main Distributor of Wisdom and Knowledge. It is He that allowed us to go from paper letters to email, physical handshakes to computerized ones, clocks with hands to digital ones.
When reading the Book of Ezekiel, one can see that there was something in the Heavens that surpassed whatever man had created down here on Earth. This is where we get the old adage, “Ezekiel saw the wheel.” Whatever he saw was so far advanced of creativity that it was described as “whirling wheels” (“O wheel” in King James Version.) The wheels had life. Ezekiel 10: 17 tells us “…for the spirit of the living creature was in them.” The angels that were with the wheels had four faces, the lion (Matthew), oxen (Mark), eagle (John) and man (Luke), and four wings with the likeness of the hands of a man under them. Verse 19 tells us that cherubim were in this wheel. Cherubim are known to be those angels that ‘carried’ God. In Exodus 25:18-22 we see that God dwells between the Cherubs. They are the only angels that are described as having wings, “ranaph”. (Greek).

Exodus 25:20, 37:9
2 Chronicles 3:10-13
Ezekiel 10:5
God can present Himself to us in any form that He wishes that will definitely be relevant to the pronouncement of His Son Yeshua (Jesus.) That is His goal to get us to know the Savior so that He can continue to have a wonderful, satisfying relationship with us. He throws the invitation out there, it’s up to us to accept.
No matter what form of communication that you use to distribute the Gospel, know that you are spreading Jesus. He is the Word. In order to establish a successful spiritual life, we must have a full, enjoyable relationship with Jesus. Jesus said, “I am the Way, the Truth and the Life and no man can come to the Father but by Me”. People are still looking for healing in their lives, family, finances, and thoughts, What they are failing to realize is that “by His stripes we are healed” has been superimposed which tells us that a greater relationship with Jesus brings on healing in every aspect. The word stripes would be “Khavurah” which means “fellowship with Him”. The more fellowship that you have with Jesus Christ, the more healing that you experience in your life and the lives of your loved ones. There are those who were non-believers who have been healed as well yet their relationship lacked in some way through the ‘disconnection’ that they had with the Savior and death in some way soon became imminent in their lives. The wages of sin is death. Without giving thanks to God, no matter what vehicle that you choose to thank Him, digital or non-digital, your wages will be detrimental. If you are a parent, isn’t it good to hear your child thank you for all that you’ve done for them? God loves it as well. He blesses us for blessing Him. He loves blessing us. Hebrew scholars have found that the Aaronic Blessing has been taken the wrong way. It is not, “May the Lord bless thee, and keep thee: May the Lord make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: May the Lord lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace” (Numbers 6:24-26), we are supposed to say,
Numbers 6:24-26
“24 The Lord WILL bless thee, and keep thee:
25 The Lord WILL make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:
26 The Lord WILL lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.”
During the Feasts that Israel celebrates (and we should too being grafted in), it is customary to thank God with one of the terms being, “Baruch Atah Adonai” which means “Blessed be the name of the Lord” or in short, “Bless God.” It is so easy to just say “Bless God.” It is not very good to be an unappreciative, ungrateful child. Yes times have changed but you can take advantage of the change by using whatever avenue you are given to tell someone else the Good News. The world is waiting for you. Whether analog or digital… sound the “alarm”!
