Exosomes? Shedding? Covid? Menstruation?

I was watching a man on YouTube last night who was a scientist and he was talking about exosomes and what it is-is, people are beginning to find out that their menstruation times are changing when they get around people who have had covid. It turns out that some scientists are saying that some people can be carriers in their saliva. The terminology is called shedding. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K9jOxkZJQfg
