Brown water

In last nights dream I saw brown water creeping up the stair of a brick or stone type of building. It was like a senior high-rise type of building or an office building of some sort. The water was being used to dye people’s hair. I warned the head lady of the building/office but she just kept using it on people. I kept running up the stairwell trying to tell people about it. They didn’t take it seriously. I pray that this isn’t a warning about Flint, Michigan and the health of their people over their muddy water situation that no one seems to care about.
