If sunshine on John Denver’s shoulders made him happy, Son-shine in the life of the Christian will make them victorious in everything that they do while being full of everlasting love and life in Jesus. The song says “If I had a day that I can give you, I’d give you the day just like today.” Imagine JESUS saying this to you with NO ‘if’s’, which is what he IS saying in his word. That’s why it’s important to read the word. It’s important to pick up the Bible and start reading and waiting for God to speak to you in examples, hymns and songs.
John Denver went on to say “If I had a tale that I could tell you I tell tale sure to make you smile. If I had a wish that I could wish for you I’d make a wish for sunshine for all the while.” When you think about it, the Bible, although it doesn’t consist of tales per se’, but it does have examples of how real people used to live, their goods and their bad’s for us to go by, with some good things that we should repeat and some bad things that we should never do. With a manual, a manifesto like that, the only people that wouldn’t pay attention to the Bible are those that have been filled with the antichrist spirit. Such a wonderful Bible, such a wonderful book it is. It is full of wonderful hymns like this song, the love of God towards mankind. Have a beautifully blessed day in Jesus name amen.
