His favor is for a lifetime;

But a shout of joy comes in the morning.

In Your name they rejoice all the day,
And by Your righteousness they are exalted.

Those who sow in tears shall reap with joyful shouting.

“Her priests also I will clothe with salvation,
And her godly ones will sing aloud for joy.

From the springs of salvation.

Ecclesiastes 2:26

For to a person who is good in His sight He has given wisdom and knowledge and joy, while to the sinner He has given the task of gathering and collecting so that he may give to one who is good in God’s sight. This too is vanity and striving after wind.

John 16:20-24Truly, truly, I say to you, that you will weep and lament, but the world will rejoice; you will grieve, but your grief will be turned into joy. Whenever a woman is in labor she has pain, because her hour has come; but when she gives birth to the child, she no longer remembers the anguish because of the joy that a child has been born into the world. Therefore you too have grief now; but I will see you again, and your heart will rejoice, and no one will take your joy away from you.
