A certain relative that I have seemed to favor all these years, called me earlier today to ask me a question. She said that her friend has been seeing dark shadows in her living room. Her friend was with her in the background as well and wanted to know what to do. I told them that when Jesus was here on Earth, no one rose from the dead and walked around like a ghost. Jesus rose his best friend Lazarus from the dead yes, but Lazarus rose and did not come back as a ghost as we claim so easily today. The devil likes to instill fear into us and that is his favorite toy…fear. I had to remind them that they have the power and are not to give it to the enemy but to use it to put the devil underneath their feet.
When I was done, they sounded happier and more empowered. It made me feel wonderful, reminding our sisters that they have the power of Jesus Christ in them. It’s what I do. It’s what we all should be doing.
Even in the New Testament where it tells us that Jesus took the 1st set of Saints with Him when He rose, they didn’t come back as ghosts but real people rising up out of their graves.
Mat 27:50 Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost.
Mat 27:51 And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent;
Mat 27:52 And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose,
Mat 27:53 And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many.
Mat 27:54 Now when the centurion, and they that were with him, watching Jesus, saw the earthquake, and those things that were done, they feared greatly, saying, Truly this was the Son of God.
Mat 27:55 And many women were there beholding afar off, which followed Jesus from Galilee, ministering unto him:
Mat 27:56 Among which was Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James and Joses, and the mother of Zebedee’s children.
The Word tells us that the dead know nothing:
Ecc 9:5 For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten.
And we have to be careful of soothsaying:
Act 16:16 And it came to pass, as we went to prayer, a certain damsel possessed with a spirit of divination met us, which brought her masters much gain by soothsaying:
➢ soothsaying – the art or gift of prophecy (or the pretense of prophecy) by supernatural means. fortune telling, foretelling, divination. prophecy, vaticination, prognostication – knowledge of the future (usually said to be obtained from a divine source)
Spirits are demons, pretending to be your loved one or just someone to harass you and instill fear into you.
There are too many people who seem to be proud that they “talk to the dead” albeit their mom, dad, aunt, uncle, grandmother, grandfather, husband or wife. Be careful of Necromancy. I have done videos on that as well. These are from my Ministry’s Facebook page but I will place them in a more secure place and change the links below one day. I do believe that I have also placed them on my Ministry Website at http://www.revessie.org
Feel free to visit it soon.

I’ll end this with an example of Heaven and Hell. Check out this story that Jesus told. I do believe that this sums the entire topic up:
The Rich Man and Lazarus
Luk 16:19 There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day:
Luk 16:20 And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores,
Luk 16:21 And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man’s table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores.
Luk 16:22 And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham’s bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried;
Luk 16:23 And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
Luk 16:24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.
Luk 16:25 But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.
Luk 16:26 And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.
Luk 16:27 Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father’s house:
Luk 16:28 For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment.
Luk 16:29 Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.
Luk 16:30 And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent.
Luk 16:31 And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.
And as usual, Jesus gets the last Word.
God bless and have a peaceful night/day.
