My so-called “cleansing.”

Thursday I felt like cleansing myself so to speak and not eat so heavily with meats. I am so glad that I did because it gave my body time to cleanse itself with all of the bloating and stomach aching or what have you, that went away. Not that I had it so bad but I felt like I needed to lighten up a bit on the food. For breakfast I had guacamole and maple Spam on toast for breakfast. And for dinner that evening I had steamed eggs and beets which was excellent. I absolutely love beets.

I also have to admit that I lost a pound in the last few days so not so bad eh?
