Pie crust

2 1/2 cups cake flour

1/3 cups sugar

1/3 cups powder milk 

1 cup Crisco shortening

1/2 cup cold water 

Pie filling

2 cups of apple juice

2 cups of sugar

1 stick butter

3   ( 16 oz  bags of blackberries frozen or fresh)

1 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1 teaspoon cinnamon

2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup Kentucky bourbon (if desired)

1/2 cup all purpose flour 

Milk wash

1/3 cup evaporated milk

3  teaspoon sugar

bake on 400 for about 45 minutes
