https://youtu.be/5ZdQNaRRMVE?si=LeUvvj0y2MBGaQU Once you make your tea by boiling the ‘picked’ petals (separated from bitter stems) and straining them, you add the lemon juice, powdered pectin (1 box) a little bit of butter. Let it boil, add 4 cups of sugar and let it boil the 2nd time. Cook for 2 minutes and jar it. Test by seeing if it slowly drips off of your spoon or drop a spoon on a frozen plate to see how fast it runs. For shelf life, add jars to boiling water in your pot. Make sure the water covers the tops of each jar. Process for 10 minutes. (Butter keeps your jelly clear.) Remove to a pad or towel. A lot of elderly people just pour it in jars without processing it. Or they put it in their fridge.

Blessings!
