Good morning everyone, good afternoon or good evening wherever you are in this world. I am very happy this morning, Saturday, March 16, 2024, to find out that I have been feeding literally, Cardinals. I have these beautiful red birds which I knew in my heart are Cardinals but I just had to check. They’ve been coming around about three years now. I absolutely love them they are beautiful birds with good attitudes. I looked it up this morning just now and found out this about them:

Northern Cardinal
They are the most well-known of the types of cardinals for most U.S. birders. Males have vibrant red feathers, which gives the species the nickname, โred birds.โ Female cardinals are more muted in color, mostly brownish with red accents.Dec 12, 2022
Are red birds and cardinals the same?
“Redbird” is a popular common name for the Northern Cardinal. This non-migratory bird is abundant in Tennessee and can be found in a variety of habitats from suburban neighborhoods and rural areas, to bottomland forests and mountainsides. A cardinal will often spend its entire life within a mile of where it hatched.

How do you tell if a bird is a cardinal?
Male cardinals are brilliant red all over, with a reddish bill and black face immediately around the bill. Females are pale brown overall with warm reddish tinges in the wings, tail, and crest. They have the same black face and red-orange bill.

A Cardinal Morning – (ASMR)
My sister said that when you see a cardinal blow a kiss at it and make a wish and your wish will come true. That is so beautiful. It is so positive. I suppose that God is allowing all of my wishes to come true with all of these Cardinals/red birds in my midst!

Blessings!
