Salucio of Lyft

What an interesting day. I caught a Lyft to an appointment today and back and rode with a man from Venezuela named Salucio. (I hope I spelled his name right.) He said he left Venezuela because it became a communist country and was very bad. He also owns businesses there. He’s lived in Russia, Spain, and about 3 other countries. He knows various languages. It was so awesome listening to him. I asked him to correct me on a Russian term that I always like to say and he smiled and did. When he said it, I said, “That almost sounds like ‘Buenos Dias, Tardes and Noches!” He said happily, “Oh! Alright! You know Spanish! How do you know Spanish?” I said, “I lived in Pittsburgh with a Puerto Rican family.” He laughed and said, “Oh! That’s good that’s good.” I talked about how they always had happy music on day and night. He said, “Yes. We are happy people.” Just then he added, “You have very good ???” (I couldn’t make out the last word so he repeated…”Vibration, you know? Vibes! You have very good vibes.” I never had anyone tell me that before. I thanked him and said, “Ditto.” He smiled. I said, “It’s the God in me. He keeps me happy.” He said “It’s hard to find nice people anymore.” I thanked God for meeting him. It was a very nice ride. Every time I take Lyft I meet somebody who is pleasant to talk to.
Today. Was a very good day.
