Easy peel farm fresh eggs!

Place in a colander and then a pressure cooker. Fill about 1 quart of water so that the water doesn’t touch the bottom of the colander. Put on lid and boil (steam) 12-13 minutes (no weight on it at all.) 12-13 minutes for a dozen, 17-20 for 2 doz and 35+ for more eggs. Cool, shock with ice water. Easy peeling! Even with farm fresh eggs.
