How long will it last? This is a picture of canned food found inside of 150 year old sunken steamboat. Still edible and one researcher said remarkably still tasty! Lol so I guess the answer is at least 150 years. The foods tested were completely safe to eat! Water bath canning does work! Hope this post is allowed! Its assorted pie fruits in some of the jars.
