Good Morning, Good Afternoon and/or Good Evening wherever you are. This is Rev Essie of New Birth Ministries and I am glad that you are listening today. I pray that your day is blessed and if it doesn’t seem to be going that way…..Bless it yourself! God lives in you. He gave you His Power so use it! Get your Swords, a drink and a snack, and maybe a tablet and pen and sit back and I’ll be back to delve into the Word “Open heart’s” right after we invoke the Holy Spirit.

“Open heart’s”

1.~Integrity of the heart: in·teg·ri·ty | inˈteɡrədē |
noun
1 the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness: he is known to be a man of integrity.
2 the state of being whole and undivided: upholding territorial integrity and national sovereignty.
• the condition of being unified, unimpaired, or sound in construction: the structural integrity of the novel.
Gen 20:6  And God said unto him in a dream, Yea, I know that thou didst this in the integrity of thy heart; for I also withheld thee from sinning against me: therefore suffered I thee not to touch her.

2.~(Selfish, manipulating hearts.)
Exo 7:3  And I will harden Pharaoh’s heart, and multiply my signs and my wonders in the land of Egypt. (God did all of this for you and me in the future. He also did it for the the belief of His Chosen people at that time as well. Pharaoh was so self-driven that he didn’t even realize that he was being used as an example of “how not to be!” This is what happens to people who are so into themselves or into their own power or rank, that they can’t see the forest for the trees. Let’s read into the future for a minute if you don’t mind. What if, (we are going to reach down into the “what if” barrel today, what if there’s going to be a new generation of human beings that God is going to bring onto the new earth and YOU and YOUR life is going to be their example, written in a book? What would you teach the new generation? How does your chapter read?)

3.~(Change of heart.)
1Sa 10:5  After that thou shalt come to the hill of God, where is the garrison of the Philistines: and it shall come to pass, when thou art come thither to the city, that thou shalt meet a company of prophets coming down from the high place with a psaltery, and a tabret, and a pipe, and a harp, before them; and they shall prophesy:
1Sa 10:6  And the Spirit of the LORD will come upon thee, and thou shalt prophesy with them, and shalt be turned into another man.

1Sa 10:7  And let it be, when these signs are come unto thee, that thou do as occasion serve thee; for God is with thee.
1Sa 10:8  And thou shalt go down before me to Gilgal; and, behold, I will come down unto thee, to offer burnt offerings, and to sacrifice sacrifices of peace offerings: seven days shalt thou tarry, till I come to thee, and shew thee what thou shalt do.
1Sa 10:9  And it was so, that when he had turned his back to go from Samuel, God gave him another heart: and all those signs came to pass that day.
1Sa 10:10  And when they came thither to the hill, behold, a company of prophets met him; and the Spirit of God came upon him, and he prophesied among them……

The change:

1Sa 13:14  But now thy kingdom shall not continue: the LORD hath sought him a man after his own heart, and the LORD hath commanded him to be captain over his people, because thou hast not kept that which the LORD commanded thee…..
(Change of heart so obviously at the end of Saul’s book, he changed his heart back to it’s old, fleshly self by being jealous of David. He forgot his first love – Revelation To the Church in Ephesus
Rev 2:1  Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write; These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks;
Rev 2:2  I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars:
Rev 2:3  And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name’s sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted.
Rev 2:4  Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.)

4.~The new encounter/replacement of hearts:
1Sa 16:7  But the LORD said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart.
The procession of David’s brethren before Samuel was very impressive. They probably remembered that Saul had been chosen for his splendid physique, and each held himself high and proud. “Surely,” said Jesse to himself, “one of them will captivate the prophet’s eye.” But no! God chooses by the inward temper and disposition. He knew that David was a man after His own heart. The lad had been faithful in a few things and was now to be made ruler over many. The anointing oil reminds us of the anointing for service which was communicated to our Lord at His baptism. In David’s case it was accompanied by a glorious Pentecost, 1Sa 16:13.

5.~THE PERFECT HEART:
1Ki 8:59  And let these my words, wherewith I have made supplication before the LORD, be nigh unto the LORD our God day and night, that he maintain the cause of his servant, and the cause of his people Israel at all times, as the matter shall require:
1Ki 8:60  That all the people of the earth may know that the LORD is God, and that there is none else.
1Ki 8:61  Let your heart therefore be perfect with the LORD our God, to walk in his statutes, and to keep his commandments, as at this day.
+
1Ki 15:14  But the high places were not removed: nevertheless Asa’s heart was perfect with the LORD all his days.

6.~YOUR CHARACTER (SHOWS WHAT IS IN YOUR HEART):
Pro 23:7  For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.

7.~THE REJOICING HEART:
1Ch 16:10  Glory ye in his holy name: let the heart of them rejoice that seek the LORD.
+
Psa 105:3  Glory ye in his holy name: let the heart of them rejoice that seek the LORD. (It is right to make known God’s doings. Nothing touches men more quickly, or excites faith and hope more certainly, than to hear what others have experienced of God’s saving health. Let us talk more often of His marvelous works. If God has forgiven you, even to ten thousand talents, confess it. If you have learned more of Christ’s patience in His bearing with your sins and failures, tell it out. The salient points which stand out in our record of the past may be summarized under the same general headings as those of the psalmist. God has been mindful of His Covenant, ratified by the blood of his Son. He has shown his independence of human standards in choosing us, though we are absolutely unworthy to inherit His Kingdom. How often He has interposed in our behalf even when we have deserved the worst, saying, Touch not mine anointed!)

8.~THE MEEK HEART:
Psa 22:26  The meek shall eat and be satisfied: they shall praise the LORD that seek him: your heart shall live for ever.

9.~THE FIXED HEART: fixed | fikst |
adjective
1 fastened securely in position: a fixed iron ladder down the port side.
• (of a person’s expression) held for a long time without changing, especially to conceal other feelings: a fixed smile.
Psa 57:7  My heart is fixed, O God, my heart is fixed: I will sing and give praise.
Psa 108:1  A Song or Psalm of David. O God, my heart is fixed; I will sing and give praise, even with my glory.

Psa 112:7  He shall not be afraid of evil tidings: his heart is fixed, trusting in the LORD.

10.~Froward Heart:
Meaning: (of a person) difficult to deal with; contrary.
I Will Walk with Integrity
Psa 101:1  A Psalm of David. I will sing of mercy and judgment: unto thee, O LORD, will I sing.
Psa 101:2  I will behave myself wisely in a perfect way. O when wilt thou come unto me? I will walk within my house with a perfect heart.
Psa 101:3  I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes: I hate the work of them that turn aside; it shall not cleave to me.
Psa 101:4  A froward heart shall depart from me: I will not know a wicked person.
Pro 17:20  He that hath a froward heart findeth no good: and he that hath a perverse tongue falleth into mischief.

11.~Proud heart:
Pro 16:5  Every one that is proud in heart is an abomination to the LORD: though hand join in hand, he shall not be unpunished.

12.~Whole heart:
Psa 111:1  Praise ye the LORD. I will praise the LORD with my whole heart, in the assembly of the upright, and in the congregation. Psa 138:1  A Psalm of David. I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee.

13.~Merry heart:
Pro 15:13  A merry heart maketh a cheerful countenance: but by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken.
Pro 15:15  All the days of the afflicted are evil: but he that is of a merry heart hath a continual feast. Pro 17:22  A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.

14.~Wicked heart:
Pro 26:23  Burning lips and a wicked heart are like a potsherd covered with silver dross.

15.~Self-Trusting in your own heart:
Pro 28:26  He that trusteth in his own heart is a fool: but whoso walketh wisely, he shall be delivered.

16.~Wise heart:
Ecc 8:5  Whoso keepeth the commandment shall feel no evil thing: and a wise man’s heart discerneth both time and judgment.

17.~Stony heart: (hard-hearted)
Eze 11:19  And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them an heart of flesh:

18.~The Pursuaded Heart:
Mat 6:21  For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
Mat 15:19  For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:
Mat 15:20  These are the things which defile a man: but to eat with unwashen hands defileth not a man.
Mar 7:21  For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders,
Mar 7:22  Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness:
Mar 7:23  All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.

19.~THE PEACEFUL HEART:
Joh 14:1  Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. Joh 14:27  Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

20.~ONE HEART: Eph 6:5  Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ;
21.~WRONGDOING VS RIGHT: 1Jn 3:20  For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things. 1Jn 3:21  Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God.
22.~Everything in Common Hearts
Act 4:32  And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common.

Hows your heart? Do a heart check today. Are you saved? Now is the time to accept Jesus Christ as your Savior. With all that is going on around the world, you need a friend. Jesus can be that special friend if you allow Him into your life. He is your helper and His Holy Spirit is your Comforter.
If you are not saved, just repeat the Romans Road after me: Say “Jesus, I repent of my sins, I am so sorry Lord. I believe that you died on the cross and rose 3 days later from the dead, just for me and I accept what you have done, I accept you as my Savior. Thank you Jesus, amen.” Now go find a bible believing, Holy Ghost filled church and learn of Him, it’s never too late. Your new life starts now. All old things are gone away. God throws them as far as the East if from the West. Now….go live, laugh and love!

Num 6:24  The LORD bless thee, and keep thee:
Num 6:25  The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:
Num 6:26  The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.
Thank you for coming on today and I pray that your week goes by Victoriously!
