1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup of milk room temp or heated slightly as not to kill the yeast. Set aside. In mixer bowl add dash of salt, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1/3 cup butter, 2 packs of yeast, 2 eggs. Add the warmed liquids slowly with blender going. Slowly add in 3 1/2 – 4 cups of flour. Mix. Will be slightly sticky. You can add more flour when kneading. Roll out on floured board and knead until the mix begins to look like Playdough. (Smooth.) Place in greased bowl and cover or “proof/sweat” it in a microwave, oven, or on top of a coffee maker that is on (only for the heat, do not turn oven or microwave on) for 45 minutes until it rises. Remove, make your rolls or bread loaves and place in pan(s) and let set another 30 minutes. Rises beautifully. Bake at 350* for 20 mins. (Roll and tuck to make top smooth if you’d like. I actually could care less as long as I am eating them. ใ
