You know, it’s nice to watch other preachers on the television but we have things to do for the Lord as well. Spend some time listening to the Word then, spend some time doing it. There are people out there in the world who actually haven’t heard of Jesus Christ or who don’t have personal relationships with Him. There are those in churches who don’t walk and talk with Jesus. Those are the ones who need to hear about Him the most. Those are the ones for which testimony’s are made available if only we would share them. God is waiting for you.

When I wake up in the morning, I give God praise. I thank Him for another day and another sky. I thank Him for allowing me to breathe His air just one more day. I get up (praying and praising first and foremost,) and wash and put on coffee and turn on my computer while others in the world walk through filth with no shoes on. What do you do when you get up in the morning? Do you thank Him? Do you give thanks to Abba (Father) upon awakening? If not, you should. Some people are afraid that someone may hear or see them. That’s the enemy trying to stop you from praising God because the Word says that God dwells in the presence of His people. If you refuse to praise God, He won’t be able to dwell in your sad state. Without God, nothing is left but this world and satan in it. As you raise your hands to the Heavens, do you get the feeling that someone is watching you? Are you afraid that someone may think that you are crazy? Someone is watching you. Devils and demons are watching you and satan uses your conscious by telling you that you look silly doing that ‘stuff.’ Your own mind battles you as you worship because it may not be used to doing so and here you are, trying to change it by making it do something new. It’s like children. If you are a parent or have been around some, have you ever seen the reaction of children when you tell them to do something that they aren’t used to doing? They say, “Why!? I never did this before, it’s haaard!” Or they may say, “Why do I have to do it?” That’s what your mind says when you raise your hands to praise your Father in Heaven. Imagine the rebuttal.The Word of God says that even the fields and the trees they clap their hands in Isaiah 55:12
