The previous presentation stated that upgrades are excluded from this promotion for both parties, the purchaser and the recipient account. Management now decided to open this promotion for all – package owners and new affiliates.
The presentation in the incentive section in the download area has already been adjusted accordingly.

So this means if you now have a Bronze, Silver or Gold package and upgrade to a VIP, or if you are a VIP that upgrades to a Premium or Premium Professional you will be able to give or upgrade anyone in your downline to the VIP status.
