My 7am workout. It was beautiful. More pics to come. Worked out, fasting, praying for all of you. Friends or foe. You got mentioned. I love the outside in the mornings. Reminds me of jogging on cool Marine Corp mornings in Parris Island, South Carolina. I love to talk to God early in the morning. God bless.
