On exercise.

God wants us to take care of our bodies.
If we are exercising and still staying the same weight, we have to begin to watch our calorie 

intake. I think every town has that man/woman who has walked daily for years yet they have 

remained the same weight, no change. Healthiness is a mental condition as well. You can 

walk/jog 10 miles but if it’s not showing, you’re doing something wrong in the privacy of your
