How to Pressure Cook your own shelf-stable milk, coffee creamer.
For close to regular milk, I let the PC steam 10 minutes, put the weight on, then immediately turn it off. For Caramel or Coffee Creamer I leave it in longer, 10 mins, 15, or 20. Gets darker with every few minutes.
