This is my house from the year 2000 of a plant that just continued to grow and grow. I got a house stapler that you use for internet, phone chords or #plants and I stapled it to the ceiling. Make sure that you get a stapler that has a half circle on it so that when you staple the plants you will not cut them. You can get one on #Amazon. This picture is only part of the plant believe me. I talked to it and sang to it. Plants love Love.
Zec 3:1 And he shewed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the LORD, and Satan standing at his right hand to resist him. Zec 3:2 And the LORD said unto Satan, The LORD rebuke thee, O Satan; even the LORD that hath chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee: is not this a brand plucked out of the fire? Zec 3:3 Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments, and stood before the angel. Zec 3:4 And he answered and spake unto those that stood before him, saying, Take away the filthy garments from him. And unto him he said, Behold, I have caused thine iniquity to pass from thee, and I will clothe thee with change of raiment. Zec 3:5 And I said, Let them set a fair mitre upon his head. So they set a fair mitre upon his head, and clothed him with garments. And the angel of the LORD stood by. Zec 3:6 And the angel of the LORD protested unto Joshua, saying, Zec 3:7 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; If thou wilt walk in my ways, and if thou wilt keep my charge, then thou shalt also judge my house, and shalt also keep my courts, and I will give thee places to walk among these that stand by. Zec 3:8 Hear now, O Joshua the high priest, thou, and thy fellows that sit before thee: for they are men wondered at: for, behold, I will bring forth my servant the BRANCH. Zec 3:9 For behold the stone that I have laid before Joshua; upon one stone shall be seven eyes: behold, I will engrave the graving thereof, saith the LORD of hosts, and I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day. Zec 3:10 In that day, saith the LORD of hosts, shall ye call every man his neighbour under the vine and under the fig tree.Zachariah chapter 3 starts out saying “And he showed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the Lord in Satan standing at the right hand to resist him.” This is letting us know that Joshua the high priest was improperly clothes for ministry in unclean garments.
For all of us and say that we have Ministries, regardless of what kind of ministry it is we need to know if there’s a certain way to carry yourself if you call yourself a minister. But I’m not asking anyone to become bored become boring because ministry is not boring it is actually enjoyable to do ministry for the kingdom of the most high God.
But there are proper ways that we must act and carry ourselves. And this is not just for the ordained. The Bible says we are in the world but not of the world. Godly living will always arouse the antagonism of the ungodly.
How many ministers do you see nowadays who are not properly dressed for the ministry? This scripture shows us that Joshua was not properly dressed for ministry. God forgave him and dressed him properly. Notice that in the New Testament, God did not re-dress John the Baptizer. New Testament. Jesus had come and in fact, was in his mother’s stomach at the same time that His cousin John was in HIS mother’s stomach. One thing though to remember is that John is known to have had a somewhat wild appearance but not provocative as we do today.
Satan was actually trying to resist the restoration of the priestly ministry because of Josh was dressed impurely and satan still does this today. satan will go straight to the Courts of Heaven and call out your pedigree. Revelation warns us of this by calling him “the accuser of the brethren.” So don’t think that what you are doing is not seen by God or at least “heard of” by Him. satan will tell your business that’s why we should be covered by the Blood of Jesus so that when satan goes and tells your business to God, the Lord will rebuke him like he did in Zechariah for Joshua. God tells him, “They are covered by my Son’s Blood, I rebuke you satan. Mind your business not mine.”
How many ministers do you see nowadays who are not properly dressed for the ministry? We have become a very perverse generation and we’ve accepted so much of the world that, sometimes Christians seem blinded to their actions which duplicate the world instead of Jesus. You can bet the farm on it that Jesus didn’t go around showing his panty lines and chest hairs on purpose as he was ministering the word. Do you remember in the 60s or 70s where male entertainers used to wear their shirts down very low so that people could see their chest hairs? Provocative clothing is just that, provocative, to attract the opposite sex or sometimes even the same sex. We are not trying to attract people to us we want to attract people to Jesus Christ. With female preachers wearing those very high heels on their shoes they have to realize or at least do research and find, that men created the dressing apparel for women to wear in order for the women to be ‘attractive’ to them. So when we wear the junk that the world offers us we are literally wearing what was created to be a provocative, sexual, perverted version of clothing. The height of the heel on the woman’s shoe was made higher because men who created the Highheel found that the heel actually makes the ladies backs slope which causes their rear end to stick out in a sexual way. Now what does that tell you about the women in a pulpit nowadays who dress like “Women of the night” instead of “Women of the day”? Clothes are too revealing and they startle your mind and cause one to NOT focus on the word of God and the kingdom of heaven because it causes your mind to drift to self and the flesh.
God’s people need not to dress impurely. In fact, I question those who dress with holy blue jeans but then again, that’s just me. I know that God says don’t look on the outside because he looks on the inside. My question is “Why would someone represent the Kingdom of Heaven with holes in their clothes on purpose?” God gives us riches and blessings. The Psalm says that the Lord is our Shepherd we shall not want. The Word also tells us that God will not allow our clothes to be too worn.
Remember the Lord Your God
Deu 8:1 All the commandments which I command thee this day shall ye observe to do, that ye may live, and multiply, and go in and possess the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers. Deu 8:2 And thou shalt remember all the way which the LORD thy God led thee these forty years in the wilderness, to humble thee, and to prove thee, to know what was in thine heart, whether thou wouldest keep his commandments, or no. Deu 8:3 And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the LORD doth man live. Deu 8:4 Thy raiment waxed not old upon thee, neither did thy foot swell, these forty years. Deu 8:5 Thou shalt also consider in thine heart, that, as a man chasteneth his son, so the LORD thy God chasteneth thee. Deu 29:3 The great temptations which thine eyes have seen, the signs, and those great miracles: Deu 29:4 Yet the LORD hath not given you an heart to perceive, and eyes to see, and ears to hear, unto this day. Deu 29:5 And I have led you forty years in the wilderness: your clothes are not waxen old upon you, and thy shoe is not waxen old upon thy foot. Deu 29:6 Ye have not eaten bread, neither have ye drunk wine or strong drink: that ye might know that I am the LORD your God.
This is why God says be holy for I am holy. Folks! We are getting the wrong “Hol-ey!” Because, if we are holy, Satan cannot bring up the fact that we are impure, standing in the pulpits of the church. We used to take people off of the streets who had holey clothes and give them new clothes! Remember those days? I believe that the Christian mind is too swayed by the designs of the World. Parents are afraid to stop their children from dressing that way and the next thing you know, they get used to it and start to buy that very same clothing themselves. And those grown women and men on Tik Tok who dress crazy and sing in fake microphones dancing crazily, please stop. What is so crazy is that when these worldly companies invent something for children, parents take over! Did you know that Facebook was designed for young people? If any of you remember, years ago, it was for our kids. It was designed by school and college students FOR school and college students! I remember. Parents began to use it so they decided to put ads on it and games like Spades and Poker. Now, what was created for kids is being used by parents with charge cards.
Satan had to be humbled by God just as he should be humbled by us as well, because we have the power of God within us. This is a perfect example of ‘divine reproof.’ Satan’s work was rebuked by the creator therefore we should’nt except it either because he is underneath our feet. We, like Joshua are cleansed of our sin and we should never allow it to come back. Sweep your house clean and keep it clean. Denounce all habits that keep you from being clean. Get rid of self. Someone once said, “A person wrapped up in himself makes a very small package.”
The Hebrew word “Satan” means “adversary” and he’s definitely your adversary and does not love you it all for he does not know what love truly is. Zachariah chapter 3 tells us that Satan was standing on the right hand of God. The right hand is it signifies power, authority, and exaltation. The Bible says a Christ sits on the right hand of God Colossians 3:1 Acts 2:33 and Hebrews 1:3 and Hebrews 12:2. Isn’t it just like Satan to try to take our Christs place? Actually what is he doing on the right hand side of God, like he really has the power when it is us that has the power? This proves to us that Satan goes to God, to the courts of the most high, and brings up cases about us that are actually true. He is trying to prove to God that we are not worthy to serve him. Rev 12:10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
Rev 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
The spirit of evil waits to destroy each birth of good in our world. As soon as Mary had given birth to our Lord, Herod sought to destroy Him, and this is characteristic of all the ages. But God’s care is always at hand to deliver His own. He has His prepared places, where He hides those who trust in Him. He keeps them in the secret of His pavilion from the strife of men. Sin has brought conflict, not on our earth only, but throughout the universe; but from the heavenly places it has been driven, and the last stand is made on our earth. Is it not possible that the awful war which has desolated mankind may be one of the last phases of this age-long conflict? There is but one talisman of victory. We overcome only in so far as we take shelter in the blood of the Lamb and wield as our weapon the Word of God. As darkness cannot resist the light, so evil cannot exist before the witness of the Church and the child of God, if only we care more for the honor and glory.
When we say that we are serving God we better be right(eous) because they give Satan the legal right to accuse us if we are wrong. Satan works on our weaknesses. The best part of this whole chapter is where God tells Satan “The Lord rebuke thee O satan, even the Lord that has chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee, is not this a brand plucked out of the fire?” (Meaning Chosen by the Most High.) God had to remind satan to get in his own proper lane and stay out of His. We should have righteous indignation (righteous anger) as God did. It means that we are angry ‘for’ God. Sin in our lives can also gives Satan a legal right to bring us before God. What are you allowing him to present to the Father?
This is one of the reasons that I truly personally believe that we should ask God to forgive us if we feel some type of condemnation in our hearts. You do not keep sinning in your life and telling people that you are covered by Gods grace because that’s not how it goes. Even the apostle Paul said “do I continue to sin because of God’s grace that will abound?” and then he answers himself and says “no.”
Rom 5:20 Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound: Rom 6:1 What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?Satan uses mental guilt and spiritual condemnation to make believers feel inadequate and failure-ridden, thus hindering confidence in prayer and blocking understanding of God’s willingness to answer prayer. See first John chapter 3 verses 20 to 21.
If your heart condemns you and tells you that what you are doing is wrong…..STOP DOING THAT THING! 1Jn 3:20 For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things. 1Jn 3:21 Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God.
Once satan called himself bringing Joshua’s fault to Yahweh, Yahweh in turn told his servants to clean Joshua up and bring proper ministry garments. God had to put the enemy in his place just as we should as well. In verse five it says that God put the miter upon Joshua’s head. The miter was the high priest’s golden crown which was engraved with the words “holiness to the Lord” on the front this was to be worn only by the high Priest of which we are. We are a Royal Priesthood, a holy nation. Royalty DOES NOT dress inappropriately. I try not to, especially in public where I represent the Kingdom.
Joshua was then given a serious charge to follow fully the Lords instructions for the priesthood in verse seven. This narrative reveals how Satan will attempt to disrupt the most sacred moments in God’s house by bringing accusations against the ministers about their past failures or some form of uncleanness that may have “stained their garments” of righteousness. The good news is, we can cleanse our garments in the blood of the lamb and stand justified in the house of the Lord. As the song says Jesus paid it all. Even in this situation God forgave Joshua’s iniquities. There was nothing else that the enemy could do. Then God made sure to tell Joshua to walk in his ways and keep his charge as he says and then he will judge his house and will keep Gods courts and he says “I will give thee places to walk among these that standby.” And he tells him that he is in the same category as his son Jesus. A royal priesthood. This also corrects satan who kept choosing to stand at God’s right hand. He even describes Jesus to Joshua as the stone that had seven eyes. When you look at chapter 4 verse 10 it describes the seven eyes. It says “for who is despised the day of small things for they shall rejoice and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel with the seven. They are the eyes of the Lord which run to and fro through the whole earth” This describes the divine vision, the searcher and gladness. You have the same offer to do good for the Lord. You have the Stone with the 7 eyes with you that run to and fro through the whole earth. He sees it all. God sees everything. You are the righteousness of God if you are saved.
Are you saved? Now is the time to accept Jesus Christ as your Savior. With all that is going on around the world, you need a friend. Jesus can be that special friend if you allow Him into your life. He is your helper and His Holy Spirit is your Comforter. If you are not saved, just repeat the Romans Road after me: Say “Jesus, I repent of my sins, I am so sorry Lord. I believe that you died on the cross and rose 3 days later from the dead, just for me and I accept what you have done, I accept you as my Savior. Thank you Jesus, amen.” Now go find a bible believing, Holy Ghost filled church and learn of Him, it’s never too late. Your new life starts now. All old things are gone away. God throws them as far as the East if from the West. Now….go live, laugh and love!
Num 6:24 The LORD bless thee, and keep thee: Num 6:25 The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: Num 6:26 The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace. Thank you for coming on today and I pray that your week goes by Victoriously! Rev Essie signing off! God bless and have a great day!
