Good Saturday Morning! 4/17/21

God has given us this beautiful Saturday to enjoy and to tell someone about His Son. I wish you well in Jesus name.

We used to sing in bible school “This is the day that the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it.” Sometimes when you get older you forget things but one thing that we will never forget is to praise and worship our God and Creator. He brought this day to us and kept us safe as we slept. His Angels guarded you and kept you from harm. People may be committing unusual activities outside of our dwellings, our neighborhoods, our communities, but God kept them away from you as your resting body and mind slept. Think of the possibilities that could have happened that didn’t. Those are reasons to give thanks today. Psa 118:24  This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

I was thinking about how time seems to be going faster as days go by. They say that as you get older, days go by faster but I’ve been feeling something different lately. Here are my thoughts:

One day as I was meditating, (not with legs crossed and fingers pointed up of course, that is actually cultish,) I had a vision that the trees were tired and the earth was moaning and groaning. The Earth just couldn’t take anymore abuse. The trees were weaker than they used to be and their color was even weaker than what we are used to. The bark on them was splitting and dry. And some of these trees were new ones. They just couldn’t get nourishment from the Earth anymore. I saw the words in front of me in the air that said, “Tempus Fugit” which is a Latin phrase, usually translated into English as “time flies”.

Although I can’t explain it, time as we knew it is gone. It is speeding by us so quickly. The internet gives you information so much quicker than going to libraries do. I’m sure that we don’t have Encyclopedia salesmen/women anymore. We trust our food to microwaves just because commercials say that they work and give us our food faster. Instead of sending one another lovely cards and notes, we shoot each other a quick email with the signature already on them at the bottom.

As the world turns, and that’s not a soap opera (or is it,) what it has to go through due to the greed and selfishness of lucifer/satan and all of his followers, we need to lean upon the chest of the Lord as the disciple John did, and learn the heartbeat of Jesus. You don’t want to miss what He has planned. I want to be a part of the remnant don’t you? Lean my friends, lean in to Jesus’s heartbeat! Redeem the time. Tell people about Jesus while it is yet still day. Night is coming where people won’t be able to sleep and rest in Jesus. I don’t want to think about those who will be left behind. Just don’t be one of them.

Eph 5:16  Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.

Col 4:5  Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time.

God is good and worthy to be praised! Praise Him while you are able.

2Co 4:16  For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.

Eph 5:15  See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,

Eph 5:16  Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.

Eph 5:17  Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is.

Eph 5:18  And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;

Eph 5:19  Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;

Eph 5:20  Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;

Eph 5:21  Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.

Psa 9:2  I will be glad and rejoice in thee: I will sing praise to thy name, O thou most High.

Psa 31:7  I will be glad and rejoice in thy mercy: for thou hast considered my trouble; thou hast known my soul in adversities;

Psa 118:24  This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

Isa 25:9  And it shall be said in that day, Lo, this is our God; we have waited for him, and he will save us: this is the LORD; we have waited for him, we will be gladand rejoice in his salvation.

Joe 2:23  Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month.
