We have people in our lives you like to regulate what others say and do. They can’t help it, it’s just what they do and they cannot see their own ways. It’s going to happen no matter where you live or what you are doing. Some mean well but are too forceful in their tactics. Especially if you call someone out publicly so that others know who you are correcting. Like this post, I have not posted it AFTER a WordPress incident or with the names of the persons listed so that others would know who they are.
The bible says in Matthew 18:15 the following;

Matthew 18:15
15 Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.
We are to privately speak to someone over a correction. Some people are like bulls in a China Shop with their antics. This is how I answered their correction.
“Geez is actually a mixture of Gee and Wiz. There are many explanations for it out there especially from sensitive Christians. It is not ALWAYS intended as a curse word for the name of Jesus. I think that we all know that our brothers and sisters would not intentionally curse Jesus.
Also, OMG is used as “Oh My Goodness!” as well. It is NOT always “Oh My God!” We have to be careful not to hurt people’s feelings over our pet peeves.”
We must learn to keep our mouths shut at the proper times or at least open them properly. This is another reason why the Lord tells us in His Word not to put a novice in Office. They would destroy your ministry with their rashness.
1 Timothy 3:6
6 Not a novice, lest being lifted up with pride he fall into the condemnation of the devil.
