My ~ Dedication to God ~ Corner

Everybody should have one. I give God a piece of my bread when I bake it, good steak, etc. Today, I dedicated a piece of my Mother’s Day cake to Him. I know He doesn’t come down and eat it physically but I also know that John says that “God is Love” and God would love a dedication from our hearts like this.

There was a strange and beautiful odor in my house today. My daughter and I both smelled it. It was seemingly ‘floating’ around my rooms. You never know. It may have been a sign that God is thanking me and He is pleased. Who knows right? God is good and owns everything, why couldn’t He do that?

Deuteronomy 29:29

29 The secret things belong unto the Lord our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.

Psalm 47:9

9 The princes of the people are gathered together, even the people of the God of Abraham: for the shields of the earth belong unto God: he is greatly exalted.

Psalm 62:10-12

10 Trust not in oppression, and become not vain in robbery: if riches increase, set not your heart upon them.

11 God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongeth unto God.

12 Also unto thee, O Lord, belongeth mercy: for thou renderest to every man according to his work.
