Jude 1:7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.
Genesis 19:1 And there came two angels to Sodom at even; and Lot sat in the gate of Sodom: and Lot seeing them rose up to meet them; and he bowed himself with his face toward the ground; 2 And he said, Behold now, my lords, turn in, I pray you, into your servant’s house, and tarry all night, and wash your feet, and ye shall rise up early, and go on your ways. And they said, Nay; but we will abide in the street all night. 3 And he pressed upon them greatly; and they turned in unto him, and entered into his house; and he made them a feast, and did bake unleavened bread, and they did eat. 4 But before they lay down, the men of the city, even the men of Sodom, compassed the house round, both old and young, all the people from every quarter: 5 And they called unto Lot, and said unto him, Where are the men which came in to thee this night? bring them out unto us, that we may know them. 6 And Lot went out at the door unto them, and shut the door after him, 7 And said, I pray you, brethren, do not so wickedly. 8 Behold now, I have two daughters which have not known man; let me, I pray you, bring them out unto you, and do ye to them as is good in your eyes: only unto these men do nothing; for therefore came they under the shadow of my roof. 9 And they said, Stand back. And they said again, This one fellow came in to sojourn, and he will needs be a judge: now will we deal worse with thee, than with them. And they pressed sore upon the man, even Lot, and came near to break the door. 10 But the men put forth their hand, and pulled Lot into the house to them, and shut to the door. 11 And they smote the men that were at the door of the house with blindness, both small and great: so that they wearied themselves to find the door.
12 And the men said unto Lot, “Hast thou here any besides? son in law, and thy sons, and thy daughters, and whatsoever thou hast in the city, bring them out of this place: 13 For we will destroy this place, because the cry of them is waxen great before the face of the Lord; and the Lord hath sent us to destroy it.”
Wrong is wrong no matter who passes the law to say that it is right. Sodom and Gomorrah were so sinful that God sent angels to tell Lot that He (they) were going to destroy the land. It is not okay to sodomize in God’s eyesight. Did we not think that we too would become stricken with blindness and various diseases? The word “sodomy” has originated from the actions of a sinful land. Yet today, our leadership passes laws to tell us that it is okay to do so. Our leaders are actually permitting the people under their leadership to commit horrific acts in the face of the Lord God Almighty at the same time that they breathe out the words, “God bless America.” He will not. Until we live righteously and holy we will continue to have confusion and discourse. According to the laws of our land today, Sodom and Gomorrah would be great cities, giving everyone a chance to live freely. I believe they call it “inclusion.”
James 3:14 But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth. 15 This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish. 16 For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.
strife |strīf|nounangry or bitter disagreement over fundamental issues; conflict: strife within the community | ethnic and civil strife.ORIGIN Middle English: shortening of Old French estrif (related to Old French estriver ‘strive’)In the case of Lot, the angels that God sent to him to warn him of the sins of the land in which he lived were so attractive to these men or, the men of the city were so demonically riddled, that the men of the land wanted to have ungodly relations with them. (God’s anointing is always attractive.) “To know” in the bible at times means “to have a physical relationship with someone. Example: Genesis 4:1 And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, “I have gotten a man from the Lord.” know |nō|verb ( past knew |n(y)o͞o|; past participle known |nōn| )

Lot guarded the angels and even offered his own daughters to keep the two angels safe.

It is never a great decision to compromise with the enemy. When confronted with this subject do not cave in and ride the waves, defend God’s Word at all costs and He will reward you. 2 Timothy 1:7. For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power and love, and of a sound mind. Trust that God will guard you and blind the enemy as well.
